Put AI to work on yourpaperwork.
The biggest companies in the world spend millions putting AI inside their operations. We build the same kind of system at your size.
AI is only useful when it is pointed at the right job.
Most businesses do not need a general purpose AI tool. They need one piece of repeat work taken off the people doing it, so we find that job and build the thing that does it.
One consultation. Then one tool that fits.
We look before we build. The work is scoped in writing, with a number, before it starts.
We start with your week, not with software.
We sit with the people doing the work and write down what they do by hand. You get back a written map of what we think can be automated, and if the answer is very little we will say so.
We build it. Then we keep it fitting.
Built for your business, in the file formats you already send. We train your team and fix what does not fit, and if your process changes later we can come back and adjust it, quoted separately.
The reason this is affordable is new.
Custom internal software used to mean a long project and a team of engineers, which is why only large companies did it. One tool that does one job is now a fixed piece of work with a scope and a number you see before it starts.
One tool that removes a recurring job costs less than the person you were about to hire to keep doing it, and no headcount comes with it. The build is fixed price and you own it outright.
Lawrence Miles, an engineer at General Electric, formalised value analysis in 1947. The US Navy adopted it in the mid 1950s and renamed it value engineering, and both names are still written into US federal law. Work out what a step produces, work out what it costs, and remove the cost that produces nothing.
Your team keeps working in the tools they already use. We build around them.
Frequently asked questions.
No. We build one tool that does one specific job in your business, in the file formats you already use.
The ones that get turned off are general purpose tools dropped on a team with no change to how the work runs. Tell us what you bought and why it died, and if ours would die the same way we will say so.
It produces a draft, and it flags anything missing or mismatched rather than guessing. Your team reads it, corrects it, and puts their name on it.
Your files stay in your systems. To produce a draft, the text it needs is sent to our AI provider, processed, and comes straight back. We do not store it, the providers are contracted not to train on it, and we will show you exactly what leaves before you agree to anything.
The platform we build on is independently audited to SOC 2 Type II and holds ISO 27001 and ISO 42001. Business associate agreements are available where HIPAA applies, and data handling meets GDPR requirements including deletion and access requests. We will send the documentation before you sign anything.
This removes the retyping, not the judgment. If you are looking to cut headcount, we are probably the wrong call.
Yes, outright. It runs in your accounts, under your login, with no monthly fee, and if we part ways you keep the tool and everything it is built from.
The call and the written plan cost nothing and are yours to keep. The build is quoted once we know the scope, fixed price, agreed in writing, and it is a one time build rather than a subscription.
No. Value analysis and value engineering are a real discipline with its own professional body and certifications, and we do not hold them. We took the part of the method that applies to office work and pointed it at software.
A report generator for a commercial real estate appraiser.
Long reports, formatted the same way every time, all typed by hand.
Every job meant retyping standard sections around a few numbers that changed.
One intake spreadsheet in, a formatted Word draft out, in their language.
The typing is gone. What is left needs an appraiser.
We do not name clients without permission, so this one stays anonymous. We are happy to walk you through how it was built.
Thirty minutes on what your week actually looks like.
We work out what can be automated and what it takes.
What we would build and what it costs, in writing.
Take all of it, part of it, or none of it.
You own it outright, running under your login.
Tell us what your week looks like.
We will tell you what AI can take off it.
Not sure it applies to you? Send us the one task everybody in the office hates.
